I received my Xbox and games packed in the box with plenty of material to keep it safe and secure and also unexpected, the Xbox was also packed in its original box. Both the console and games had no signs of wear other than packaging being opened. Great product. Upon receiving the order I went through the package and everything looked new. It was a box that stated it had a controller but that was removed. After turning everything on it still seemed new. I went to register the console with micro soft and it was already registered 2 months earlier. Maybe it was returned but not used? Should have been more specific. After one month it still works fine
